Privacy Policy
This site collects one thing: what you type into the quote form. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no third party analytics on any page. This policy says what happens to a form submission and nothing else, because nothing else happens.
What This Site Collects
The quote form asks for four things: your name, a phone number, the property location, and which service you are interested in. That is the entire set of personal information this site requests, and nothing on any page collects anything further.
How the Form Works
The form posts to FormSubmit, a third party form delivery service, which forwards the contents to the operator of this site by email and then redirects your browser to a thank you page. FormSubmit handles the message in transit; the contents arrive in an ordinary email inbox.
What It Is Used For
To contact you about the quote you asked for, and to arrange a site visit so the room can be measured. Nothing else. Your details are not sold, not rented and not passed to advertising networks or list brokers.
If a cabinet contractor takes on the work, your details are shared with that contractor so they can quote and carry out the job, because that is the point of submitting the form. Nothing beyond what you typed is shared.
Tracking, Cookies and Analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag and no third party analytics script on any page. Fonts are served from the same domain as the site rather than from a font provider, so no request leaves your browser to a third party for typography either.
Two exceptions worth naming honestly. The service area, contact and homepage pages embed a Google Maps frame, and loading that frame means your browser contacts Google, which is subject to Google's own privacy terms. And the site is served from a commercial hosting provider, which keeps standard server request logs as any host does.
Links to Other Sites
The guides link out to official sources: the City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County Public Works, Kern County Public Works, the Contractors State License Board, the California Business and Professions Code, the California Air Resources Board, the US Environmental Protection Agency and the USDA Forest Service, among others. Those are other organisations with their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
How Long Anything Is Kept
Form submissions arrive as email and are kept for as long as is useful to answer the enquiry and any follow up. If you would like a submission deleted, say so through the contact form and it will be.
Children
This site is aimed at homeowners arranging cabinet work and is not directed at children. No information is knowingly collected from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If the way this site handles information changes, this page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
